VS FORTRAN

It was December 5, 1986, at 7 p.m. My friend Sebas and I were in front of a VAX terminal connected to a CPU model 4341 at the Faculty of Mathematics in the historic building of the University of Barcelona at Plaça Universitat. We wrote the F77 code below and ran it on the terminal... it was magical. It was nothing special, just a few iterations to solve x=cos(x), but we sensed it was the gateway to something bigger...
